The ARNG StayGuard Survey Series is a strategic NGB initiative to inform strength maintenance efforts in the ARNG. The StayGuard Surveys are designed to assess Soldiers', leaders', and family members' perspectives and intentions to better allow ARNG leaders at all levels to proactively address attrition and retention challenges.
